Mid-South Tour

Black Moon Trio embarks on an exciting tour to Sewanee: The University of the South and Tennessee Tech University, bringing their signature blend of bold contemporary music and collaborative artistry. During this tour, the ensemble will not only perform dynamic and engaging concerts but also engage directly with student composers through workshops, readings, and collaborative sessions.

At each university, Black Moon will work closely with composition students, offering feedback, interpreting new works, and fostering a supportive environment for creative exploration. These residencies reflect Black Moon Trio’s ongoing commitment to championing new music and mentoring the next generation of composers.

The tour features a diverse program of contemporary chamber works, including premieres and recent commissions, highlighting the ensemble's adventurous spirit and dedication to living composers.
